Welcome to our Guided Meditation and Mindfulness class at Healing Realms! We’re delighted to offer you an hour of peace, reflection, and self-discovery. Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll experience during our sessions, held every other Wednesday from 7 PM to 8 PM, at just $10 per person.

Arrival and Settling In:

  • Time: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. The session will start promptly at 7 PM with no late admittance.
  • Check-In: Upon arrival, you’ll check in and make your payment (if not already done online).
  • Setting: Our meditation space is designed to promote a sense of calm and tranquility. You’ll find a peaceful, dimly lit room with comfortable seating options, including cushions and chairs.

Introduction:

  • Guidance: Each session begins with a brief introduction. Your instructor will outline the focus for the meditation, which may vary each class.
  • Beginner-Friendly: Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, our classes are tailored to accommodate all experience levels.

Guided Meditation:

  • Duration: The guided meditation typically lasts about 30-40 minutes.
  • Techniques: You’ll be guided through various mindfulness and meditation techniques, which may include focusing on the breath, body scanning, or visualizing peaceful imagery.
  • Purpose: The aim is to help you cultivate a state of mindfulness, allowing you to be fully present in the moment and to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Mindfulness Practice:

  • Activities: The latter part of the class may include mindfulness exercises, which could involve gentle movements, mindful walking, or reflective journaling.
  • Integration: These practices are designed to help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life, enhancing your overall well-being.

Closing and Reflection:

  • Sharing: At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to share your experience or ask questions, though sharing is completely optional.
  • Tips: The instructor may provide tips or insights to help deepen your practice or to apply mindfulness in daily activities.

After the Class:

  • Feeling Relaxed: You may leave feeling more relaxed, centered, and mentally clear.
  • Regular Practice: Regular attendees often report improved stress management, better sleep, and increased overall happiness.

Additional Information:

  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothing is recommended. You may also bring a water bottle and a journal if you wish to jot down any thoughts or insights post-meditation.
  • Reservations: While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend reserving your spot in advance due to limited space.
