This weekly course includes topics on movement (not exercise), increased energy, food choices, homeopathic solutions, overcoming self-judgment and self-numbing behaviors, meditation, mindful eating, hypnotherapy, stress responses, and more. Join us for a truly life changing program where scales and numbers are not allowed.
Session Fee: $40 a month if paid in advance online
$15 a session walk in (if the class is not booked out yet)
Session Limits: Maximum Attendance: 12 people per each class time
